All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST at 18%. The prices are quoted on an Ex-Works basis, meaning that the buyer is responsible for arranging transportation and bearing the applicable transportation costs and other expenses beyond the agreed dispatch point.

4. Packing Charges

Packing box charges and related packaging requirements will be communicated and confirmed at the time of order placement. Customers should verify the applicable packing terms before confirming their purchase.

5. Special Scheme Conditions

The special scheme offered by DD Cool Industries is applicable only to a single consolidated order quantity with delivery at one designated location. The scheme cannot automatically be applied to multiple separate orders or deliveries to different locations.
